Delivery costs are the costs incurred by Bizyjoe Store and our logistics partners to bring your ordered items to the delivery addresses/pickup station indicated.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

How Do I Track My Order?

You can check the status of your order anytime by following the simple steps below:

  • Click on the “Track Your Order” button on the top Menu. or
  • Click on the dropdown menu on the top-left corner and click on the “Track Your Order” button
  • Enter your Tracking ID on the search box and view the status of your order

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

No. You can place your order successfully without having an account on Bizyjoe Store but by default an account will be created when filling your order form, which will enable you to view your order process, track your order, and a lot more.

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once your order is placed. To change your shipping address, kindly cancel the order on your order page if yet to be shipped.

Items from different vendors are shipped separately to ensure that there is no delay in fulfilling your order. Be rest assured that you will receive all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of each of these items.

When you shop on Bizyjoe Store, you can rest assured that you can return your product in most cases within 30days days.

Note:
– When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags, and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed and reset to factory condition, otherwise, your return will be rejected.
– In case of return for change of mind reason, the item should be eligible for this reason and be sealed, unused and in its original brand packaging, otherwise, your return will be rejected.
